The continued support of Waste Management of Hawaii has helped us to engage the community and advance our mission of preserving and beautifying our islands," said Katy Kok, executive director of Nani 'O Waianae. "The Great Hawaii Cleanup is our biggest annual event and the award money we received will help alleviate our administrative, refreshment, printing and fuel expenses for upcoming projects," Kok added.

"We are always proud to find ways to support and highlight our local community."
Nani 'O Waianae is a 501 C (3) non-profit organization comprised of grassroots volunteers committed to creating a community based educational awareness and hands-on program which address environmental issues unique to our coastal community.
