"We are proud to support the outstanding efforts of the Kapolei Rotary and it's chairman, Keola Lloyd, in creating an event that is second to none," said Dave Jappert, general manager of Waste Management of Hawaii. "Each year Waste Management looks for organizations that are making a difference in our community to support the good work they do for residents on the Leeward Coast."

This sponsorship is part of Waste Management's commitment to support Leeward Coast community projects. Recently, Waste Management announced its sponsorship of the newly created Kapolei Mele which will be held on September 15th as the newest addition to Oahu's Aloha Festivals Celebration.
